During this consultation time, you will be able to ask our staff any questions you need to. You’ll be able to tour our available rooms and see what Serenity has to provide in order to support your loved one.
By filling out the form to the right, let us know the time and date you’d like to request to visit our home. Tours are done between the hours of 2:00pm to 5:00pm on Fridays and Saturdays.
Once your appointment is confirmed, a member of our team will contact you to ensure you’ve set the correct time and date.
If by any chance your plans change and you need to cancel your appointment, please call our staff at least 24 hours ahead of time so that we can figure out a time that best supports your availability.

What is assisted living ?
Assisted living communities provide caring support and wellness services to residents who need assistance with personal care, coordination of health care services, medication management, and other services. Our goal is to help seniors continue to live as independently with a little bit of help when needed.
Do you keep our residents on a schedule?
Serenity provides a home. Our residents continue to live their daily lives according to how they want to. Our staff serves each resident their meals at appropriate times but they are not obligated to do anything unless they need to.
are family members able to visit their loved ones?
To respect our other residents, we do ask that all family members schedule a time to visit their loved ones.
How many caregivers are available at all time?
Our home has four residents. To ensure our residents are supported, we staff 1-2 caregivers at all times.
aRE yOUR CAREGIVERS QUALIFIED?
Before hire, we ensure each of our staff provide an approved HCA, a clear background check, negative TB test. With that we also understand each client is different, and experience matters. Before committing to Serenity, you’ll have the chance to meet each of our staff members.
